Each child engages in weekly or twice weekly forest school days where their holistic development is fostered in a wild space full of new and exciting opportunities.
Guided by our knowledgeable and qualified forest school practitioners, we offer a rich array of sensory experiences, tool work, fire and cooking sessions — all inspired by the ever-changing weathers and landscapes our forest school provides.
Risk taking and self-discovery are integral to the process. Being in this beautiful place inspires a strong nature connection, seeing seasonal changes in our meadow and out on our many walks in the village.
We share the important role of sustainability — children learn how plants can be used, how insects are vital to the ecosystem, and develop attitudes that promote conservation and respect for nature.
Most of all Forest School is a place of laughter, muddy puddles, potions, fairies, and FUN!
Our Nature Explorers Holiday Club runs during school holidays and is designed for children aged 4–9 years. Set within our beautiful nature site, children enjoy engaging, hands-on outdoor experiences in a safe and nurturing environment.
